Features |
Your Content Management system can be accessed from
any computer with an internet connection. No matter where
you are in the world you can login and manage every aspect
of your site.
LOGIN SCREEN:
CHOOSE THE WEBSITE PAGE TO WORK WITH:
You will be able to see every page of your site from your
online content management system. Simply choose the page
you want to work with and begin updating or editing.
SEE THE CODE:
Your system is set up for advanced users, beginners and
even the biggest technophobe. Here you see the actual
HTML code of the editable region of the page. If you are
versed in HTML, start editing from here and hit save and
the page will update instantly. If you have prepared HTML
code in an offline HTML editior like Dreamweaver or GoLive,
you can cut and paste or upload the code to this page.
If you have no experience with HTML at all, you will simply
hit the link that says "Edit Text in HTML editbox".

USE THE EDITOR:
The built in HTML editor will allow you to make
any changes to the page as if you were working in MS Word.
You will be able to edit text, add new content, bold,
change colors, add pictures, create links and many other
powerful features. All of this is done without knowing
anything about websites or HTML programming language.
MARKET TO YOUR CONTACTS:
The CMS email tool will enable you to create high impact
HTML or regular plain text emails. You will then select
a list of contacts or upload a bulk list to the system.
You can also add in template variables and the email
tool will place the first name , last name or any other
information into the email giving it a targeted and
personal feel. The email tool will allow people to "opt-out"
of your list, making email list management automatic.
The HTML edit used for editing web pages is also here
for you to use.
No longer will you have to download your list into Outlook
and send unprofessional correspondence to your clients.
KNOW THE NUMBERS:
The Statistics Module lets you monitor web traffic to
see how many visitors came to your site through parameters
ranging from hours, days, weeks, months or years. You
will also have access to data showing not just how many
visitors, but in what manner they came to your website,
such as time intervals and search keywords.
If you have an ecommerce site it will also show you
how many orders you had and what the total dollar amount
was.
SYSTEM BACK UP:
Software backup system for the database. It will allow
you to restore your site if it is defaced/hacked. At
the beginning of each day, the system creates a new
backup file for the entire MySQL database. The system
saves the backup files for the last four days. That
means at any point we will be able to roll back the
database to the exact state it was in on any of those
4 previous days. This will cut down on down time and
loss of funds or exposure due to site errors.
